Who are you?

Hello good friends,
Most call me Thomson. Others call me Tom, but that's not my actual name. I am from the small town of Trumbull, CT. It's right next to the ghettos of Bridgeport. But for now, I'm stationed in a cozy apartment in downtown Burlington.
I am just another film student who thinks they know, but really have no idea. It's what I'm trying to do professionally. Deep down inside, I'm a big camera nerd with a love for pretty looking images. So naturally, camerawork is my focus. Whether it be a narrative or commercial, I want to experience everything about the production aspect of filmmaking.
Beyond the arts, I am quite the homebody. This is where I spend my time honing my juggling skills. Besides that, I'm always exploring the digital music world. I use to follow a lot of jammy-type bands and music festivals but the professional path has taken over. Now I just find myself sitting inside a film festival.

Feel free to check out this short compilation I shot over 2 days sitting in the woods. It was mainly a test to try to utilize natural lighting, and make the trees look good on camera.

If you like what you see, take a look at my latest short film, Adelaide.
I am currently working on my senior thesis film. We are still in the pre-production stages at the moment. Hopefully, it all goes well...
This is our script writing conference from the past weekend. A photo by me.

ENJOY!
